About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max armchair set features a channel-tufted green velvet lounge chair, a floor lamp, and a side table. This curated set comprises a high-back armchair upholstered in dark green velvet with vertical channel tufting along the backrest and seat. The chair features slender, dark-finished legs and is complemented by a houndstooth-patterned lumbar cushion. Accompanying the seating is a minimalist black floor lamp with a slim stem and a small circular side table topped with a glass carafe and a decorative vessel. The ensemble provides a complete vignette, balancing soft textile textures with the rigid, clean lines of the metal lighting and table components, suitable for refined contemporary interior schemes.

The download is a 6.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the individual components. The textures are mapped to standard material slots, allowing for quick adjustments to the velvet sheen or metal finishes. Users can import the entire set as a single group or detach individual elements to populate specific areas of a floor plan. The geometry is clean, ensuring efficient performance when rendering close-up views or integrating into larger interior scenes.

Ideal for residential living room layouts, hotel lobbies, or private reading nooks, this set adds a layer of sophistication to interior design projects. It pairs effectively with neutral wall treatments or dark accent colours, serving as a focal point for lounge areas. Professionals can use this asset when staging luxury apartments or high-end hospitality suites, searching for terms like velvet accent chair, reading corner furniture, or contemporary lounge set to find similar high-quality assets for their architectural visualisations.
