Contemporary Dark Brown Timber and Rattan Double Bed

This contemporary SketchUp model of a double bed features a dark timber frame with integrated rattan side panels and a slatted headboard. This double bed exhibits a refined contemporary aesthetic, defined by a dark-stained timber frame and a multi-textured headboard. The central section of the headboard consists of vertical slats, flanked by natural-toned rattan mesh panels that provide a subtle organic contrast. The frame is finished in a deep brown tone, while the base is fully upholstered in a dark fabric, creating a grounded silhouette. The bed is presented with a crisp white mattress and neutral-toned pillows, offering a clean, balanced look suitable for various interior design schemes, from modern urban apartments to boutique hotel suites.

Within SketchUp, this model is structured as a component, allowing for easy placement and alignment within a bedroom floor plan. Users can apply custom textures to the upholstered base and bedding to suit specific project colour palettes. The geometry is clean, ensuring efficient performance when rendering with common third-party plugins. Standard layering practices should be applied to manage the bed components, particularly when integrating this into larger interior scenes where managing poly counts and geometry visibility is essential for a smooth design process.
