Contemporary Dark Brown Leather Swivel Armchair

This contemporary 3ds Max armchair features a dark brown leather shell with subtle tufting and a sleek black metal swivel base. Defined by its organic, curved silhouette, this armchair provides a compact yet supportive lounge experience. The primary shell is upholstered in a rich, dark brown leather, showcasing fine stitching and gentle pleating along the backrest that adds visual depth. The form is cradled by integrated, sweeping armrests that transition smoothly into the seat. Supporting the structure is a minimalist, four-legged metal base finished in a matte black, which provides a stable swivel mechanism. Its proportions are tailored for comfort, striking a balance between refined office aesthetics and relaxed residential lounge seating.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max scene, use the native object hierarchy to manage the leather and metal materials separately. Ensure the pivot point is correctly aligned at the base for smooth rotation if animation is required. The model benefits from standard PBR workflows; verify that the leather normal maps are assigned correctly to maintain the depth of the tufted details. Scale the object relative to your floor plane to ensure ergonomic accuracy within your architectural interior visualizations.

This armchair is well-suited for high-end residential living rooms, private studies, or executive office waiting areas. Its swivel function makes it a practical choice for open-plan spaces where flexible seating orientation is preferred. Designers often pair this piece with low-profile coffee tables or place it in pairs to create a focused conversation zone.
