Contemporary Dark Brown Leather 3-Seater Sofa with Cushions

A contemporary 3-seater sofa in dark brown leather, modelled for 3ds Max, featuring a clean linear profile and decorative cushions. This contemporary 3-seater sofa features a streamlined, low-profile silhouette defined by broad armrests and a deep, continuous seat cushion. The upholstery is finished in a dark brown leather, providing a polished and durable aesthetic suitable for high-end interior schemes. The design includes a selection of scatter cushions in varied textures—a houndstooth check, a solid beige tone, and a deep brown velvet—along with a draped throw blanket for a lived-in appearance. The frame is supported by minimal, discreet feet, maintaining its focus on the horizontal lines and refined material quality of the seating.

The download is a 79.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the object pivot is set to the base for precise placement on finished floor levels. The leather and fabric materials are mapped with appropriate shaders to handle ambient light reflections accurately. Users should check the layer structure to manage the sofa and its decorative accessories independently, allowing for easy adjustment or removal of the cushions. If scaling is required, maintain uniform proportions to preserve the intended ergonomic profile of the seat and backrest cushions.

Ideal for residential living rooms, executive office lounges, or boutique hotel lobbies, this sofa acts as a sophisticated anchor piece for modern interiors. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables, area rugs, and ambient floor lighting to create a cohesive seating group. Professionals searching for high-quality upholstery assets will find this piece useful for staging contemporary apartments or luxury commercial waiting areas. Its neutral, dark palette allows for versatile integration into varied colour schemes, from monochromatic minimalist spaces to warmer, textured environments.
