About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a modular cream fabric sectional sofa paired with an integrated walnut-toned wooden console. This modular sectional sofa features a low-profile, deep-seated design with tufted upholstery in a soft cream fabric. The configuration includes several square seating modules and a central wooden console that acts as a bridge between sections, providing a useful surface for books or accessories. The aesthetic is defined by clean, boxy proportions and a consistent grid-like tufting pattern that runs across the entire base and backrests. The dark wood console provides a sharp contrast to the light fabric, creating a sophisticated visual balance suitable for modern interior living spaces.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy selection and material adjustments. Users can merge the sofa into a scene, then apply custom textures to the fabric and wood components to match specific project finishes. The modular nature of the pieces allows for flexible arrangement within larger floor plans. Ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned at the base for easy snapping and precise placement against walls or within open-plan living room layouts.

Ideal for residential living rooms, high-end hotel lobbies, or modern lounge areas, this modular sofa provides a versatile seating solution. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables and textured area rugs to complete a contemporary interior scheme. Professionals often search for modular lounge seating, tufted fabric sofas, or integrated console systems when specifying furniture for open-plan layouts. Its low-slung profile makes it particularly effective in spaces with high ceilings or floor-to-ceiling windows where maintaining unobstructed views is a key design priority.
