About this asset

A contemporary modular lounge scene in SketchUp, featuring a brown leather sectional, stone-top coffee tables, and minimalist armchairs. This comprehensive living room arrangement centres on a low-profile, modular sectional sofa upholstered in aged brown leather, complemented by a contrasting white chaise section. The configuration includes a sleek black integrated console table between sofa modules, providing a clean geometric break. Accompanying the seating is a pair of nesting coffee tables featuring a circular white marble top and a larger, low-slung rectangular platform. Two minimalist armchairs with thin metal frames and light-coloured upholstery complete the set, all grounded by a large, textured grey area rug that ties the disparate elements into a cohesive composition.

The download is a 46.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

This SketchUp scene is structured for rapid interior staging. Professionals should maintain the existing component hierarchy to adjust the modular sofa configuration or swap out individual tables. Use the native material editor to fine-tune the leather and marble texture tiling for close-up renders. The model is scaled for standard residential floor plans; ensure the rug component is placed on a dedicated layer to avoid z-fighting with floor finishes during the final viewport composition and lighting setup.

Ideal for high-end residential living room visualisations, luxury hotel lobby designs, or boutique apartment marketing, this furniture set provides a ready-made focal point for interior design projects. It pairs effectively with contemporary architectural palettes, such as polished concrete or warm timber flooring.
