Contemporary Cream Fabric Living Room Furniture Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features cream fabric sofas, black lounge chairs, and matching tables for interiors. This comprehensive furniture collection includes two cream-upholstered sofas, two black leather-style lounge chairs with chrome frames, a low black coffee table, and two matching square side tables. The soft seating is accessorized with grey scatter cushions, while the tables feature decorative vases and lamps. The arrangement is illuminated by an overhead sculptural white pendant light. The clean lines and neutral palette create a cohesive, balanced aesthetic suitable for modern living spaces. Each piece is modeled with consistent proportions, ensuring a unified look that works well within a variety of open-plan layouts.

The download is a 17.2 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 9 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Utilize this SketchUp set by importing the file directly into your model space. The components are grouped by object type, allowing for easy selection and repositioning within your floor plan. To ensure optimal performance, place these items on a dedicated furniture layer to manage visibility during the design process. You can apply custom textures to the fabric and metal surfaces to match your specific project palette, while the lighting fixtures can be easily swapped or adjusted to suit your scene’s illumination requirements.
