About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a cream fabric seat and a distinct, intricate black wood backrest for refined interiors. Combining minimalist seat geometry with an ornate, fluid backrest, this accent chair presents a striking silhouette. The seat is upholstered in a clean, neutral cream fabric, finished with a subtle vertical trim along the base. Its backrest is crafted from dark, lacquered wood, featuring an open, scroll-like design that provides visual lightness despite its bold presence. The piece rests on short, tapered wooden legs that complement the dark finish of the frame. The overall aesthetic is one of deliberate contrast, balancing soft, plush seating with a rigid, sculptural wooden element that serves as a focal point.

Designed for integration into 3ds Max, this asset is structured for straightforward placement within a scene. Users should maintain the object in a dedicated layer to manage visibility during complex interior rendering. The texture mapping for the fabric seat and the reflective properties of the lacquered wood frame are pre-configured to respond effectively to standard light sources. For optimal results, ensure the pivot point is at the floor level before distributing the chair across living rooms or boutique hotel suites.

This occasional chair is an ideal choice for high-end residential projects, such as a formal living room or a master bedroom suite, where a singular statement piece is required. It pairs well with minimalist side tables or as a solitary feature in a reading nook. Interior designers might search for this piece when looking for accent furniture that bridges the gap between modern comfort and decorative art. It is also suitable for upscale hospitality environments, including hotel lobbies or private lounge areas.
