Contemporary Circular Rope Rug Set in Five Colourways

This contemporary circular rope rug set for SketchUp features five distinct colourways in a braided, coiled textile construction. This collection comprises five circular floor rugs, each defined by a continuous, spiralling rope construction. The design mimics a coiled braided technique, creating a distinct concentric texture across the surface of each piece. The set includes monochromatic options in shades of light grey, off-white, and soft blue, alongside a multi-toned variant that blends neutral earth tones. The circular geometry provides a soft, organic contrast to sharp interior architectural lines. Each rug is presented as a flat, low-profile element, suitable for layering under various furniture configurations or as standalone floor accents in modern living spaces.

The download is a 88.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are best utilised as components. Users should import the file and place individual rugs on a dedicated layer to manage visibility efficiently. Since these are flat geometries, ensure the rug surface is slightly offset above the floor plane to prevent Z-fighting. The textures are mapped to follow the spiral pattern; if scaling the rugs for specific floor areas, check the UV projection to maintain the integrity of the rope detailing and avoid unwanted texture stretching or tiling artefacts.
