Contemporary Charcoal Wood Wardrobe with Rattan Inlay

This contemporary charcoal wood wardrobe for SketchUp features intricate rattan inlay panels, providing a sophisticated storage solution. This floor-to-ceiling wardrobe unit is finished in a deep charcoal tone, accented by natural-coloured rattan webbing inserts on upper and lower panels. The design incorporates a mix of solid, glass-fronted, and rattan-detailed doors, offering visual interest and varied transparency. It includes a dedicated section for hanging garments, open shelving for folded items, and a stack of four integrated drawers for smaller accessories. The clean, linear frame is punctuated by vertical hardware, maintaining a refined aesthetic. Its proportions are balanced, making it a versatile piece for high-end residential dressing rooms or master bedroom suites.

The download is a 26.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users should import this SketchUp model into their master scene, ensuring the unit is placed against a wall component for accurate integration. The file includes distinct groupings for doors and drawers, facilitating easy animation or layering for interior views. Apply custom materials to the charcoal surfaces to match specific lighting setups, and ensure the rattan texture is mapped correctly if scaling the model. It is best practice to keep this asset on a dedicated layer to manage scene complexity effectively within large architectural projects.
