The download is a 21.2 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Users can import this 3ds Max model directly into their scene, where the table and chairs are organised as a single set. The geometry is clean, allowing for easy placement within interior architectural visualisations. Designers should ensure the pivot points are correctly aligned for floor placement. Textures for the floral upholstery and metal surfaces are applied, and users can adjust the material properties or swap the fabric patterns to suit specific project requirements within the material editor.
