About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max scene features an L-shaped leather sectional sofa set with tufted cushions and a matching coffee table. This sectional sofa set features a low-profile, L-shaped configuration upholstered in a mix of dark brown and tan leather. The cushions are finished with a subtle tufted detail, providing a structured yet comfortable aesthetic. The set is accompanied by a black, slatted-top rectangular coffee table, a textured beige area rug, a minimalist floor lamp, and a multi-arm pendant light. The clean lines and neutral colour palette make this a versatile arrangement for modern interiors, balancing warmth through its leather upholstery with the sharp, functional geometry of the coffee table and lighting fixtures.

The download is a 69.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this scene is organised for straightforward integration into larger residential projects. Users can merge the entire set as a single block or detach individual components such as the coffee table or lighting for independent use. The materials are pre-applied, allowing for quick adjustments to leather glossiness or wood grain textures via the material editor. Ensure the scene scale is verified against the architectural floor plan before final rendering to maintain correct proportions for the furniture elements.

Ideal for high-end residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and upscale lounge areas, this sectional arrangement provides a ready-made focal point for interior visualisations. It pairs well with minimalist interior styles and works effectively in open-plan layouts where a defined seating zone is required. Professionals searching for lounge furniture, modular sofa sets, or complete living room layouts will find this asset useful for both concept design and final presentation stages in interior design workflows.
