About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a brown leather L-shaped sectional sofa, a black and white lounge chair, and a stone coffee table. The primary element is a low-profile L-shaped sectional sofa upholstered in distressed brown leather, featuring tufted cushions and integrated back supports. Accompanying the sofa is a contemporary lounge chair with a high-contrast black and white fabric finish, supported by a black metal swivel base. A minimalist coffee table with a white stone top and slender black metal legs sits at the centre of the arrangement. The set is completed by decorative cushions and a throw blanket, providing a realistic look for interior visualisation projects requiring a cohesive, comfortable lounge area.

The download is a 137 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into distinct groups for the sofa, chair, and table, allowing for easy repositioning or separation. Users can apply custom materials to the leather and stone surfaces using the native paint bucket tool or external render plugins. The component structure facilitates quick scaling to fit specific room dimensions. Ensure the axes are correctly aligned upon insertion to maintain the intended floor-level orientation, and utilise layers to manage the visibility of the smaller accessories like the throw and cushions.

This furniture arrangement is suited for residential living room layouts, hotel lobbies, and boutique office break-out spaces. It pairs effectively with neutral wall finishes and timber flooring, functioning well in both open-plan apartments and formal seating areas. Professionals searching for a complete lounge set will find this useful for rapid prototyping of interior concepts or final high-quality renders. It is ideal for projects requiring a blend of comfort and contemporary style, fitting seamlessly into modern interior design schemes where leather textures are desired.
