About this asset

This contemporary leather living room set for SketchUp includes a three-seater sofa, matching armchair, marble-top coffee table and rug. This coordinated living room set features a three-seater sofa and a matching armchair, both upholstered in a dark brown leather with deep, comfortable cushions and supportive backrests. The ensemble is completed by a dark-stained wooden coffee table topped with a polished marble slab, providing a textural contrast to the soft seating. Several plush, white scatter cushions are included, adding a bright visual accent to the dark leather. The entire arrangement is grounded by a neutral, light-toned rug, creating a balanced and cohesive composition suitable for a variety of interior design schemes.

The download is a 44.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

To use this set in SketchUp, import the component as a single group or explode it to manage individual elements as separate assets. The geometry is organised into logical layers, allowing for easy material replacement or texture scaling on the leather and marble surfaces. Ensure the model origin is placed at the base of the rug for simple floor-level insertion. When rendering, apply appropriate reflection maps to the marble top and bump maps to the leather to enhance the realism of the materials.

Ideal for residential projects, this furniture set fits perfectly into living rooms, lounges, or hotel lobby seating areas. It serves as a ready-made solution for interior design visualisations where a balanced, professional look is required. Architects and designers can use this to quickly furnish open-plan living spaces or staged apartments.
