Contemporary Brown Leather Living Room Scene in Beige

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a brown leather sofa and armchair set arranged with a marble-top coffee table. This comprehensive furniture arrangement includes a structured 3-seater sofa and a matching armchair, both upholstered in dark brown leather with defined bolster-style armrests. The set is anchored by a solid wood coffee table featuring a polished marble top and a lower storage drawer. Two small, circular wood side tables provide additional surface space. The scene is completed by a neutral-toned area rug and a full-height timber-slatted wall panel adorned with a framed abstract artwork, creating a cohesive, warm-toned aesthetic suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel lounge environments.

The download is a 14 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp model directly into their project files to populate living areas rapidly. The grouped components allow for easy repositioning or individual selection of the seating and tables. When rendering, ensure the leather and wood textures are mapped correctly within your chosen plugin's material editor to capture the depth of the finish. The wall panel acts as an excellent backdrop for interior visualisations, providing an instant sense of scale and materiality to the composition without requiring additional modelling.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this living room set fits perfectly into open-plan layouts, private lounges, or hotel lobby suites. It pairs well with warm lighting and soft textiles to enhance the inviting atmosphere. Professionals searching for a complete lounge furniture solution will find this set efficient for concept renderings and client presentations. Use it in early-stage spatial planning or final high-fidelity visualisations to quickly establish the look and feel of a sophisticated, comfortable sitting area.
