About this asset

This contemporary L-shaped sectional sofa set for SketchUp features rich brown leather upholstery and a low-profile silhouette. This L-shaped sectional sofa features a deep, modular configuration with an integrated chaise longue, upholstered in a warm brown leather finish. The frame is supported by slim, dark-finished feet, providing a grounded aesthetic. Accompanying the seating is a nested coffee table set, featuring a circular marble top with a slender gold-finished slatted metal base, paired with a secondary round wooden table. The composition is completed by a neutral area rug and a selection of throw cushions in varied textiles, creating a cohesive, layered look suitable for high-end residential or boutique hospitality lounge interiors.

The download is a 57.1 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups and components, allowing for easy placement within a floor plan. Users should ensure the model is scaled correctly to their project dimensions before applying custom materials or adjusting the texture mapping on the leather surfaces. The nested tables can be manipulated individually to suit specific layout requirements. For high-quality visualisations, apply appropriate reflection and bump maps to the leather and metal materials to enhance depth and realism within the render engine.

This sectional is ideal for modern living rooms, open-plan apartments, and hotel lobby lounge areas where a sophisticated, comfortable seating arrangement is required. It pairs well with minimalist interior palettes, natural wood finishes, and metallic accents.
