Contemporary Brown Leather 3-Seater Sofa Lounge Set

This contemporary 3-seater sofa lounge set for SketchUp features a rich brown leather sofa, matching lounge chair, and ottomans. This curated furniture collection comprises a deep-toned brown leather 3-seater sofa, a low-profile lounge chair with a slim black metal frame, two fabric-upholstered cylindrical ottomans, and a minimalist coffee table. The sofa is accented with a selection of decorative cushions in varied textures and neutral tones, resting atop a large, distressed-effect area rug. The composition balances the warmth of leather upholstery with the clean lines of industrial-style metal legs and bases. Each piece is designed to function as a cohesive focal point within a modern living space, prioritizing both comfort and visual layering.

The download is a 122 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 5 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When importing this SketchUp model into a project, ensure the components are placed on separate layers to maintain scene manageability. The materials are pre-applied; however, users should verify texture mapping and scale upon insertion to ensure alignment with the specific interior dimensions of their scene. Given the set's complexity, grouping the entire collection as a single component initially can assist in precise placement. For final visualisations, applying high-quality reflection maps to the metal elements will enhance the realism of the frame and table details.
