About this asset

This contemporary brown fabric sectional sofa scene for 3ds Max includes a matching coffee table, rug, and circular pendant lights. This comprehensive furniture arrangement features a large, low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in a warm brown fabric, complete with an integrated chaise section and several scatter cushions. The set is anchored by a two-tier circular coffee table with a gold-finished base and a dark glass top. A textured, high-pile white area rug provides a soft base, while a cluster of three thin, circular LED pendant lights hangs above to define the space. The composition is balanced and minimal, focusing on clean lines and a neutral, earthy colour palette suitable for high-end residential interiors.

The download is a 37.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Utilising this scene in 3ds Max allows for rapid population of living area layouts. The assets are grouped by type, enabling users to isolate the sofa or table for use in other projects. Materials are assigned to standard layers, facilitating quick adjustments to fabric textures or metal finishes. When merging into a larger project, ensure the lighting intensity of the circular pendants is adjusted to match the project's exposure settings, as these are provided as part of the total scene setup.

Ideal for high-end residential developments, luxury hotel lobbies, or contemporary apartment staging, this furniture set provides a cohesive look for open-plan living areas. It pairs well with minimalist interior styles and can be used in both concept design and final presentation renders. Designers searching for complete lounge solutions will find this asset useful for creating balanced, ready-to-render living room environments. The neutral tone and versatile form make it a reliable choice for diverse modern design schemes and professional architectural visualisations.
