Contemporary Brown Fabric Living Room Furniture Set

This contemporary living room set for 3ds Max includes a scalloped-back sofa and armchair, nested coffee tables, and decorative accessories. This comprehensive furniture collection features a sofa and matching armchair with distinctive scalloped, button-tufted backrests and deep brown fabric upholstery. The seating is complemented by a cylindrical ottoman in a deeper shade, two nested coffee tables with gold-toned bases and glass tops, and a slim floor lamp. A tall potted plant completes the scene, providing vertical contrast to the low-profile seating. The metallic elements throughout the set share a consistent gold finish, creating a cohesive aesthetic suitable for high-end residential or boutique hotel lounge interiors where refined, tactile textures are desired.

The download is a 41.5 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this collection is organised as a set of individual assets, allowing for flexible arrangement within your scene. Users should check the pivot points for each object before placement to ensure correct alignment with floor planes. The materials are mapped for standard rendering workflows; ensure that the texture paths are correctly linked upon loading. Adjust the light intensity of the floor lamp to suit your interior lighting scheme, and use the provided plant as a high-quality proxy to populate empty corners.
