About this asset

A contemporary SketchUp scene featuring a blush velvet Chesterfield-style sofa, marble-topped coffee table, and botanical wall art. This curated scene centres on a classic Chesterfield-style sofa upholstered in a textured blush velvet, featuring deep button tufting and rolled arms. The arrangement includes a circular coffee table with a white marble top supported by a dark, intricate metal base. Flanking the sofa are two sculptural stone-effect side tables topped with potted indoor plants. The backdrop consists of two tall, framed vertical prints depicting botanical fern motifs. A circular rug in a warm, muted tone grounds the grouping, creating a cohesive, soft-toned living room aesthetic suitable for high-end interior visualisations.

The download is a 34.3 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation of individual elements like the plants or artwork. Users should utilise the native layering system to toggle the visibility of the decor items when integrating the sofa into larger residential floor plans. The materials are applied as standard textures, which can be easily edited or swapped in the material browser to match specific project colour palettes or to adjust the scale of the velvet upholstery mapping.

This set is ideal for staging residential living room layouts, hotel lobbies, or boutique apartment show suites. It functions as a complete, pre-composed focal point for interior design presentations and architectural walk-throughs. Professionals might search for this when looking for soft seating with a classic silhouette, velvet textures for rendering, or pre-styled furniture vignettes to populate architectural scenes quickly. It pairs effectively with neutral wall treatments, hardwood flooring, and ambient lighting fixtures to complete a polished, contemporary look in any professional design project.
