About this asset

This contemporary 6-seater dining set for 3ds Max features a round white table, blue velvet chairs, and a sculptural pendant light. This dining ensemble comprises a round table with a white top and a central circular glass insert, complemented by six upholstered dining chairs. Each chair features a deep blue velvet seat and backrest, contrasted by a lighter grey fabric base and slender dark metal legs with gold-toned ferrules. The set is accompanied by a minimalist multi-arm pendant light with spherical shades. The proportions are balanced for a formal dining arrangement, with the chairs designed for comfort and the table providing a clean, modern aesthetic suitable for high-end interiors requiring a cohesive furniture solution.

The download is a 6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 7 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is organised into logical layers for easy manipulation of the table, chairs, and lighting components. Users should ensure the pivot points are correctly set at the base of each object for easy placement on floor geometry. Materials are applied using standard mapping coordinates; ensure the velvet shaders are adjusted for appropriate sheen and reflection in the final render. The pendant light can be detached and scaled independently if the ceiling height requires adjustment within the project scene.

Ideal for sophisticated dining room designs in residential projects, luxury apartments, or boutique hotel dining areas, this set provides a polished look for contemporary spaces. It pairs effectively with minimalist wall treatments, marble flooring, or metallic accents to create a cohesive interior scheme. Professionals searching for a complete dining solution will find this set efficient for architectural visualisations, staging, and interior design presentations where a refined, ready-to-use furniture group is needed to define the scale and atmosphere of a dining zone.
