Contemporary Blue Upholstered Curved Sofa Living Room Scene

This contemporary living room scene for SketchUp features a curved blue sofa, a pink lounge chair, and coordinated accent furniture. This curated living room furniture set features a striking curved sofa upholstered in a textured blue fabric. It is paired with a matching pink shell-style lounge chair set on slender metal legs. The centrepiece is a round coffee table with a polished dark marble top and a gold-finished vertical wire frame base, accompanied by a circular ottoman in soft pink. A floor-standing arched lamp and a circular pendant light with decorative vertical elements complete the composition. The entire arrangement is grounded by a large area rug with abstract blue-and-white patterns and finished with decorative cushions.

The download is an 18 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into logical groups for easy manipulation. Users can scale the individual components or swap textures to match specific project colour palettes. The model is scaled for immediate insertion into residential or commercial interior projects. Lighting elements are provided as geometry, allowing for the addition of emissive materials or proxy lights for rendering. Ensure all layers are correctly assigned to manage the visibility of individual pieces within a larger floor plan or interior model.

This furniture set is suited for residential living room layouts, hotel lobbies, or high-end retail showroom displays. It provides a balanced, ready-to-use focal point for interior design visualisations that require a contemporary, soft-modern aesthetic. Professionals can use this scene to quickly populate open-plan living areas or lounge zones during the concept and design development stages. It pairs well with neutral interior finishes, such as light timber flooring or plain plaster walls, to allow the bold colour palette of the furniture to stand out.
