About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max lounge chair features a blush pink fabric seat shell and a minimalist black metal four-legged base. This lounge chair presents a refined, contemporary silhouette defined by its organic, slightly curved backrest and seat shell. The upholstery is a textured blush-pink fabric, which contrasts against the slender, angular black metal frame. The four legs extend from a central point, providing a stable yet lightweight aesthetic that avoids visual bulk. The stitching detail follows the contour of the shell, reinforcing the soft, rounded geometry of the design. Its compact proportions make it an ideal choice for smaller seating areas where both comfort and a clean, modern aesthetic are required.

The download is a 27.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is structured with distinct object layers for the upholstery and the metal frame, allowing for easy material assignment or modification. The geometry is clean, ensuring smooth subdivision if higher resolution is needed for close-up renders. Users can easily scale the chair to fit specific interior layouts and apply custom textures to the fabric shell. The pivot point is positioned at the base for straightforward placement on floor planes, maintaining efficient scene management during lighting and camera setup.

This lounge chair is well-suited for modern residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or contemporary office breakout zones. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables or as an accent piece in a bedroom corner. Professionals searching for versatile, high-quality accent seating will find this model useful for residential interior design or commercial hospitality projects. Its neutral yet distinct colour palette integrates seamlessly into spaces requiring a touch of soft colour, fitting perfectly alongside other contemporary furniture collections in various design schemes.
