Modern Kids Room Storage Wall with Table and Chairs Scene

This modern kids room storage wall scene for SketchUp features a large integrated cabinetry unit, activity table, and chairs. This comprehensive kids room scene centres on a large, wall-to-wall storage unit finished primarily in white. The unit incorporates a variety of open cubbies painted in vibrant blue, orange, and soft pink, alongside enclosed cupboard sections and a central triangular open shelf display. The storage assembly is paired with a light-toned wooden oval activity table and two matching chairs. The design is playful yet functional, utilising primary and secondary colours to create visual interest while providing ample space for books, toys, and decorative items. The entire composition is set against a light wood-effect floor.

The download is a 102 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When using this SketchUp scene, place the model into your project file as a single component to maintain the spatial relationship between the storage wall and the furniture. The storage unit and table elements are organised by layer, allowing for easy toggling or modification of individual components. Apply materials using the native SketchUp paint bucket tool if specific texture customisation is required for rendering workflows. Ensure the model is correctly scaled to your room dimensions before finalising the placement of individual assets.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this scene is particularly suited for playroom or bedroom layouts aimed at younger children. The storage-heavy configuration provides a practical solution for organising clutter in small or shared spaces. Designers can utilise this asset during the conceptual or development stages to illustrate functional storage solutions and kid-friendly furniture arrangements. It pairs well with soft textiles, rugs, and additional decorative lighting elements to complete a cohesive, welcoming environment for families looking for organised, colourful, and modern living spaces.
