About this asset

This contemporary blue fabric modular sofa set, modelled in 3ds Max, features a low-profile aesthetic with a matching coffee table. This living room arrangement centers on a modular two-piece sofa upholstered in a soft blue fabric, characterized by deep seats and clean, boxy proportions. The set includes a large, circular black coffee table with a minimalist silhouette, a small accent chair with a metallic frame and blue upholstery, and a slim floor lamp. The composition rests upon a textured light grey area rug, providing a neutral foundation that highlights the bold blue tones of the seating. The design emphasizes comfort through its plush, structured form, suitable for modern residential lounge spaces.

The download is a 33.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, each component is organized into logical layers, allowing for easy selection and manipulation of the individual furniture pieces. Users can adjust the fabric textures via the material editor to match specific project lighting conditions. The modular sofa parts are designed to be snapped together or rearranged to fit various floor plans. Ensure pivot points are centered at the base of each object for efficient placement within the scene hierarchy before merging into a larger interior project.

Ideal for residential living rooms, hotel lobbies, and upscale showroom displays, this set provides a cohesive look for contemporary interior schemes. It pairs well with minimalist architectural backdrops and can be used in conceptual design phases or final renderings. Professionals searching for modular seating, lounge furniture, or complete living room arrangements will find this set versatile for creating inviting spaces. The neutral rug and dark coffee table allow the blue seating to serve as a strong focal point in any professional project.
