Contemporary Blue and Grey Fabric Modular Living Room Scene

This contemporary SketchUp living room scene features a modular fabric sofa set, a coffee table, and wall decor for interior design. This comprehensive furniture arrangement features a low-profile modular sofa upholstered in complementary grey and blue fabrics, supported by a dark-stained timber frame. The set includes a matching rectangular ottoman and a low coffee table with a dark stone-effect top. The background is defined by three arched wall panels with fabric inserts, accented by a decorative gold-toned metallic ginkgo-leaf wall sculpture. A ceiling fan with integrated lighting is included to complete the composition. The proportions are balanced for a modern lounge area, emphasizing horizontal lines and contrasting material textures.

The download is a 95.5 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this model is organised into logical groups and components to facilitate easy placement and individual manipulation. Users can adjust the modular seating arrangement by exploding or editing the component instances to fit specific floor plans. Materials are mapped using standard SketchUp textures, allowing for quick adjustments to fabric colours or wood finishes. The scene is scaled for immediate integration into architectural models, with the ceiling fan and wall panels provided as separate, movable elements for precise positioning within a project file.
