Contemporary Black Wood and Marble Display Cabinet

This contemporary 3ds Max display cabinet features a black wood frame, a marble-clad lower section, and glass shelving for curated objects. Designed for high-end interiors, this tall, slender display cabinet combines a dark, textured wood structure with a contrasting black marble base. The unit is divided into two distinct zones: a transparent glass-shelved section for general display and an open-faced niche backed with a warm, metallic-toned panel, ideal for highlighting a featured sculpture or decorative piece. The clean, vertical geometry and refined material palette provide a sophisticated look suitable for luxury residential or boutique retail environments. The assembly includes precise detailing on the joinery and clear separation between the opaque base and the upper display area.

The download is an 11.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is provided as a cohesive object with logically grouped components to simplify material assignment and layer management. Users should verify the pivot point at the base for accurate placement against walls or within niche environments. The glass and marble surfaces are mapped with appropriate shaders; adjusting the reflection and refraction parameters is recommended to achieve the desired level of realism within your specific lighting setup. Use instances if populating a larger retail space to maintain scene performance.
