About this asset

This contemporary console table for 3ds Max features a polished black marble top supported by an intricate, gold-finished metal base. Defined by a striking contrast between materials, this console table showcases a slim, rectangular black marble surface. The base is the primary visual element, constructed from curved, polished gold-tone metal components that form a sculptural, flared support structure. This assembly rests upon a solid, dark-toned rectangular plinth that provides stability and visual grounding. The proportions are elegant and vertical, making it suitable for compact spaces where a statement piece is required. The inclusion of a potted orchid adds a decorative touch, highlighting the table's function as a display surface for interior styling.

The download is a 17.4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this asset into a 3ds Max scene, use the merge command to import the file into your current project. Ensure the scale is verified against your room dimensions, as console heights can vary. The materials are assigned to distinct object IDs, allowing for easy adjustment of the gold reflectivity or marble grain mapping within the material editor. Use a standard physical camera to capture the reflective quality of the metallic base and the polished stone surface effectively.

This console table works exceptionally well in luxury residential entryways, high-end hotel lobbies, or as an accent piece in a formal living room. It pairs elegantly with minimalist decor, allowing the gold and marble details to act as a focal point. Professionals searching for statement furniture to fill dead space in hallways or behind sofas will find this piece highly versatile. It is frequently specified in contemporary interior design projects that require a touch of opulence without occupying excessive floor area.
