Contemporary Black Glass and Brass Nesting Coffee Table Set, Nesting Set

This contemporary 3ds Max coffee table set features two round nesting units with black glass tops and polished brass-toned metal frames. This nesting coffee table set consists of two circular tables of varying heights and diameters designed to overlap. Each piece features a sleek, reflective black glass tabletop set within a thin, metallic frame finished in a polished brass or gold-toned hue. The minimalist silhouette focuses on the contrast between the dark, glossy surface and the warm, reflective metal edges. The smaller table is intended to partially slide beneath the larger one, offering a flexible, space-saving configuration that works well in modern interior layouts where clean lines and sophisticated material palettes are prioritised.

The download is a 12.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this asset is structured for straightforward placement within your scene. The tables are typically grouped as a single object, allowing for easy positioning and rotation. Users should ensure the pivot point is centered at the base for accurate floor placement. Materials are applied using standard channel mapping; you may need to adjust the reflection and glossiness values on the glass components to suit your specific lighting environment and HDRI setup for the best visual result.

These nesting tables are ideal for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or executive lounge areas. They pair effectively with low-profile contemporary sofas and minimalist area rugs, serving as a versatile focal point. Designers frequently search for these as 'nesting coffee tables' or 'round metal coffee tables' when specifying furniture for compact luxury apartments or open-plan seating areas. Their reflective finish adds a touch of glamour, making them suitable for projects requiring a polished, high-contrast aesthetic in the central lounge space.
