About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a beige leather sectional sofa paired with an integrated timber and marble wall storage unit. The primary element is a low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral beige leather, featuring a chaise lounge and plush back cushions. It is positioned against a bespoke wall-integrated system that combines vertical timber-finish cabinetry with open shelving and a central marble-cladding panel. The scene includes a slim black metal side table, a dual-tier coffee table with a marble top, and a modern pendant light. The composition balances linear storage volumes with the soft, rounded forms of the seating, creating a cohesive, high-end living space aesthetic with a refined material palette.

The download is a 130 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, this model is best utilised by placing the assembly as a component instance within your interior project file. The geometry is organised into logical groups, allowing for easy material swapping or individual element selection. Ensure the model is placed on a dedicated layer for living room furniture to maintain scene management efficiency. For visualisation, apply custom light sources to the pendant fixture and use the provided marble and timber textures as a base for your own high-resolution materials.

This asset is ideal for residential interior design projects, specifically for luxury apartment living rooms or master suites. It functions effectively as a focal point in open-plan layouts where the integrated shelving serves as a room partition or feature wall. Professionals often look for such comprehensive sets to populate high-end real estate visualisations or hospitality lobby concepts. It pairs well with minimalist decor, large-scale wall art, and indoor greenery, providing a ready-to-render solution for contemporary design proposals that require a sophisticated, layered furniture arrangement.
