About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater leather sofa lounge scene for 3ds Max includes a matching armchair, coffee tables, and rug for interiors. This comprehensive furniture set features a sleek, low-profile 3-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral beige leather, complemented by a grey fabric lounge chair. The arrangement includes two distinct coffee tables—one with a circular glass top and one with a dark finish—alongside a side table and floor lamp. The composition is anchored by a large, textured area rug in muted tones. The sofa exhibits clean, modern lines with wide armrests and plush back cushions. Decorative pillows in varying textures and shades of grey and cream add depth to the seating arrangement.

The download is a 66.8 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this scene is organised for efficient integration into larger architectural projects. Users can merge the entire collection or isolate individual assets like the sofa or side tables for specific room layouts. Materials are mapped for rapid adjustment, and the lighting setup provides a neutral base for further customisation. Ensure proper scaling when importing into custom interior scenes to maintain the correct proportions between the seating elements and the surrounding architectural environment, utilizing layers to manage the various components effectively.

Ideal for residential living room visualisations, high-end hospitality lobbies, or boutique apartment staging, this set provides a cohesive look for contemporary interior design projects. It pairs well with minimalist wall panelling or modern open-plan layouts. Professionals searching for lounge furniture, interior design sets, or living room staging components will find this collection versatile. Its neutral palette allows for seamless integration into diverse colour schemes, making it a reliable asset for both concept design and final high-fidelity architectural renders.
