About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max model features a beige fabric wingback armchair accompanied by a dark wood side table and a brass floor lamp. The set comprises a high-backed wingback armchair upholstered in a neutral beige textile, defined by subtle nailhead trim detailing along the frame. A coordinating square scatter cushion adds comfort to the seat. Beside the chair sits a traditional round side table with a turned pedestal base, finished in a deep walnut-brown stain. Completing the arrangement is a sleek floor lamp with a slender gold-toned stand and a pleated conical shade. The ensemble functions as a self-contained reading corner, providing a balanced mix of textures and classic silhouettes.

The download is an 18.3 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 3 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Designed for 3ds Max, this set is organised with logical naming conventions for easy merging into larger interior scenes. Users can apply custom materials to the fabric and wood surfaces or adjust the lamp's light intensity within the native render settings. The objects are grouped as a single unit but can be ungrouped to reposition the table or lamp independently. Ensure the pivot points are checked for floor-level alignment when importing into specific project files to maintain accurate spatial placement.

Ideal for residential living rooms, master bedrooms, or hotel lounge areas, this reading set provides a ready-made focal point for interior visualisations. It pairs well with neutral palettes and classic-contemporary decor styles. Architects and designers can utilise this grouping in project stages ranging from conceptual renderings to high-fidelity interior design presentations. Search for this asset when specifying furniture for quiet zones, reading nooks, or hotel suite accessories, as it effectively communicates a sense of comfort and refined domestic scale.
