About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp living room scene features a beige fabric sectional sofa, a marble coffee table, and decorative accessories. The ensemble is anchored by a large, low-profile sectional sofa upholstered in a neutral beige fabric, featuring a chaise end and an integrated dark timber side console. The seating is accented by a collection of scatter cushions in varied textures and tones. A geometric, hexagonal marble coffee table sits centrally, paired with a secondary oval glass-top table with a metallic frame. The arrangement rests on a textured area rug and includes a small side table, adding depth and functional variety to the composition. Various small decor items complete the scene.

The download is a 81.9 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Users can import this SketchUp scene directly into larger project files to populate residential lounge areas. The components are grouped, allowing for easy selection, scaling, or material swapping to match specific interior palettes. Best practice involves placing the model on a dedicated layer to manage visibility and performance. The included textures should be mapped according to the native renderer's requirements, ensuring that reflective surfaces like the marble and glass maintain appropriate material properties for high-quality visualisation output.

Ideal for residential interior design projects, this living room set suits high-end apartments, modern villas, and boutique hotel lobbies. It serves as a comprehensive visual anchor for open-plan living spaces, pairing well with minimalist wall treatments or large-format glazing. Professionals searching for lounge furniture, sectional seating, or complete living room arrangements will find this asset efficient for rapid prototyping and client presentation workflows. It is particularly effective in conceptual stages where a fully styled, cohesive furniture layout is required to convey space planning.
