Contemporary Beige Fabric Modular Sectional Sofa with Brown Leather Ottoman

This contemporary modular sectional sofa, provided as a 3ds Max model, features beige fabric upholstery and a contrasting brown leather ottoman section. Defined by a low-profile, clean-lined silhouette, this modular sofa system emphasizes geometric simplicity and functional versatility. The main seating modules are upholstered in a neutral beige fabric with subtle vertical channel stitching on the seat cushions. A distinct brown leather-covered terminal module serves as an integrated ottoman or chaise end, providing a textural and chromatic contrast. The set includes a selection of loose scatter cushions, including a dark accent piece, which adds depth to the composition. Its linear form and unified base make it a grounded, architectural addition to spacious, open-plan living environments.

When integrating this model into 3ds Max, ensure the pivot point is set to the base for efficient placement on floor planes. The modular components are typically grouped or linked, allowing for easy repositioning or reconfiguring of the layout to suit specific floor plans. Apply standard material overrides or adjust the fabric and leather texture maps to match project-specific colour palettes. Proper use of instances for repeated cushions will help maintain scene efficiency, while light-mapping the fabric surfaces ensures realistic soft-shadow interaction within the final render.
