About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max modular L-shaped sectional sofa features a soft beige fabric finish and a dark metal base frame. Defined by clean, linear geometry, this modular sectional sofa offers a low-profile silhouette with deep, comfortable seating. The upholstery is a neutral beige textile, contrasted by a dark, thin metal plinth base that provides a floating aesthetic. The configuration includes an integrated chaise element for extended lounging. Included in the set are several scatter cushions in muted grey and sage green tones, alongside a draped throw blanket in a matching teal hue. The cushions exhibit soft, natural folds, providing a realistic look for interior visualisation projects that require a relaxed, lived-in feel.

The download is a 15 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Within 3ds Max, this model is organised with logical layer naming to facilitate easy selection and material management. The geometry is clean, supporting efficient viewport navigation and quick render times. Users can apply custom fabric shaders to the base mesh or adjust the scatter cushion arrangement to suit specific camera angles. The scale is set to real-world units, allowing for seamless integration into architectural scenes without further adjustments to dimensions or orientation when merging into a larger project file.

This sectional sofa is well-suited for modern living room designs, open-plan apartments, and upscale hotel lounge areas. It pairs effectively with minimalist coffee tables, textured area rugs, and contemporary floor lamps.
