About this asset

This contemporary modular corner sofa, modelled for 3ds Max, features an organic, low-profile silhouette finished in a neutral beige fabric. Defined by its unconventional, asymmetrical geometry, this modular corner sofa offers a soft, sculptural aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The primary seating modules are upholstered in a textured, light beige fabric, providing a clean and approachable finish. A singular, elongated backrest cushion with visible, gathered fabric detailing curves gracefully along the rear, creating a distinctive focal point. The seating surface is composed of multiple geometric segments that fit together to form a cohesive, low-profile lounge piece. Two small, spherical accent cushions in a contrasting blue fabric are included to complete the set.

The download is a 26.7 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model. Open it in 3ds Max; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

To integrate this model into a 3ds Max project, merge the file into your scene and ensure the unit scale is set correctly to match your project requirements. The geometry is organised for efficient placement, allowing for easy adjustment of the modular segments if needed. Apply your preferred materials to the fabric slots, ensuring the textures are mapped correctly to maintain the natural look of the weave. Lighting should be configured to highlight the soft, rounded forms and the gathered texture of the backrest cushion.

This sofa is ideal for high-end residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or contemporary lounge areas where a statement piece is required. Its low-profile and modular design makes it particularly effective in open-plan spaces, where it can serve as a central anchor for a seating group. Professionals searching for organic furniture, sculptural seating, or contemporary lounge solutions will find this piece highly versatile. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables, textured area rugs, and soft, ambient lighting to create a cohesive, inviting interior atmosphere.
