About this asset

This contemporary living room lounge set for SketchUp features a modular fabric sofa, two armchairs, and a wood coffee table. This comprehensive furniture arrangement includes a structured three-seater sofa and two matching armchairs, all upholstered in a textured beige fabric with clean, boxy silhouettes. The set is anchored by a low-profile square coffee table crafted from light-toned wood with contrasting dark inserts. Accompanying pieces include a multi-arm metallic chandelier, a floor lamp, a decorative rug with a geometric pattern, and assorted tabletop accessories. The proportions are balanced for standard residential layouts, offering a cohesive look that relies on neutral tones and simple, geometric forms for a modern aesthetic.

The download is a 22.6 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

When working in SketchUp, this model is best handled by importing the entire group into your scene as a component. Ensure all textures are mapped correctly upon insertion and verify that the layers are organised to allow for easy manipulation of individual elements like the lighting or decor. The geometry is clean, making it straightforward to adjust the scale or swap out materials to match specific project requirements without compromising the overall integrity of the furniture set.

Ideal for residential interior visualisations, this set works well in open-plan living rooms, lounge areas, or hotel lobby designs. It pairs effectively with minimalist or contemporary architectural styles, providing a ready-to-use solution for staging. Professionals often search for such collections when needing a complete, coordinated furniture package for quick project renderings. It is suitable for both conceptual design stages and final client presentations, helping to establish scale and atmosphere in living spaces without the need for individual component sourcing.
