Contemporary Beige Fabric Living Room Furniture Set

This contemporary living room set for SketchUp features a beige fabric sofa, a tan leather lounge chair, and a marble coffee table. This three-piece furniture arrangement provides a cohesive look for modern interiors. The central component is a linear three-seater sofa upholstered in a neutral beige textile, featuring low-profile arms and deep, comfortable cushions. It is paired with a tan leather lounge chair that boasts a distinct high-back silhouette and a slender black metal frame. Completing the set is a square coffee table with a white marble top and a minimalist dark metal base. The collection is presented on a patterned area rug, establishing a balanced scale and sophisticated material contrast for residential lounge spaces.

The download is a 73.4 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 3 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this set is organised as a series of components for easy manipulation. Users can adjust the placement of individual pieces to fit specific floor plans or replace the materials on the upholstery using the paint bucket tool. The model is scaled for standard architectural dimensions, making it suitable for quick drag-and-drop insertion into residential projects. Ensure the geometry is properly aligned with your floor surface and consider assigning the furniture to a dedicated layer for better visibility management during the design process.
