This L-shaped sofa set features a deep-seated, modular-style configuration upholstered in a soft, light beige fabric. The design includes a prominent chaise section and a generous array of scatter cushions for added comfort. Included in the set are two minimalist circular side tables—one featuring a white metal frame and top, and the other a natural timber finish. The download is a 25.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 4 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

The fabric textures are mapped for realistic light interaction; adjust the material tiling if scaling the model for larger lounge areas. Use the secondary table elements as distinct assets by detaching them from the main scene file to populate other areas of your project, ensuring proper alignment with floor planes for accurate rendering.

Ideal for contemporary living room designs, this set works well in open-plan apartments, boutique hotel lobbies, or upscale residential projects. It pairs effectively with neutral wall palettes and hardwood flooring. Search for this asset when specifying modular seating, lounge area furniture, or complete room staging kits. Its versatile, clean-lined aesthetic makes it suitable for both professional architectural renderings and interior design presentations where a comfortable, inviting atmosphere is required to demonstrate scale and furniture flow within a space.
