In 3ds Max, this model is structured with logical layer naming, allowing for easy selection and manipulation of the sofa and individual cushions. Users should check the pivot points upon insertion to ensure flush placement against floor planes. The fabric material is mapped for realistic light interaction; adjust the tiling or UVW map settings if scaling the model to fit specific room dimensions. Applying a subtle noise modifier to the cushions can further enhance the organic, lived-in appearance in final renders.

This sectional is ideal for open-plan living rooms, residential lounge areas, or hotel lobby suites where a central seating anchor is required. It pairs effectively with low-profile coffee tables and area rugs to define a conversation zone. Professionals searching for a versatile, neutral-toned sofa for high-end residential projects or hospitality fit-outs will find this asset suitable.
