About this asset

This contemporary beige fabric L-shaped sectional sofa for 3ds Max features a modular design with a chaise and decorative cushions. Defined by clean, linear geometry and a low-profile silhouette, this L-shaped sectional sofa offers a balanced aesthetic suitable for modern interiors. The upholstery is a neutral beige textile, complemented by a set of scatter cushions including a monochrome patterned throw and a soft-textured blanket draped across the seat. The modular construction is evident in the visible seams along the seat and backrest cushions, providing a structured yet inviting appearance. Its deep seating and wide track arms contribute to a relaxed, comfortable form, making it a versatile centerpiece for various lounging configurations.

The download is a 25.9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the object is placed on the floor plane using the correct pivot point to avoid clipping. The fabric material is mapped to provide realistic texture and light absorption, which can be further refined using standard shader settings. Users should manage the geometry through layers to separate the main sofa body from the decorative cushions and throw, allowing for easier adjustments to the composition or scene lighting during the final rendering process.

This sectional sofa is well-suited for spacious residential living rooms, hotel lobby lounges, and contemporary show flat interiors. It pairs effectively with low-level coffee tables, area rugs, and minimalist floor lamps. Professionals searching for comfortable, neutral-toned seating will find this asset useful for establishing a relaxed atmosphere in open-plan living areas. It is frequently employed in architectural visualization projects to demonstrate spatial layout, scale, and interior styling within high-end residential developments or boutique hospitality design schemes.
