About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp scene features a beige fabric curved modular sofa, paired with accent tables, an armchair, and a rug. This comprehensive living room scene centers on a large, sculptural curved modular sofa upholstered in a light beige fabric. The composition includes a low-profile coffee table with a mixed marble and wood finish, a matching circular area rug, and a structured armchair with contrasting dark upholstery. Secondary elements like a side table and floor lamp complete the arrangement. The pieces exhibit soft, organic silhouettes and clean lines, reflecting a modern aesthetic. Each component is meticulously modeled to capture the tactile quality of the upholstery and the refined textures of the wood and stone surfaces throughout.

The download is a 129 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, this scene is organised into distinct groups and components, allowing for easy selection and placement within larger floor plans. Users can adjust the overall material scale or swap fabric textures using the native paint bucket tool. The model is structured to maintain performance, with high-quality geometry that remains responsive in the viewport. It is best handled by loading the file as a component or merging it into a master project file while managing layer visibility for individual furniture elements.

This versatile scene is ideal for residential living room visualisations, high-end hotel lobby concepts, or boutique showroom presentations. Designers can use the full set to quickly establish a cohesive lounge area or extract individual pieces like the curved sofa or coffee table for custom configurations.
