About this asset

This contemporary 3-seater sofa in beige fabric features a timber frame and 3ds Max compatibility for realistic interior visualisations. Defined by its clean, rectilinear silhouette, this 3-seater sofa is constructed with a solid timber frame that exhibits a warm, natural wood grain finish. The main upholstery consists of a neutral beige fabric, applied to both the deep seat cushion and the dual back cushions. The piece is accessorised with four decorative cushions: two solid teal throw pillows and two patterned cushions featuring a monochromatic abstract wave design. The overall proportions suggest a balanced, comfortable seating experience suitable for modern lounge areas where tactile materials and natural wood elements are desired.

The download is a 4 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When integrating this model into a 3ds Max scene, ensure the timber texture maps are correctly assigned within the material editor to maintain the wood grain scale. The sofa is provided as a single cohesive object, allowing for straightforward placement and scaling within your interior layout. Use standard lighting setups to highlight the depth of the fabric upholstery and the natural finish of the frame, ensuring that the pivot point is correctly aligned at the base for easy snapping to floor planes.

This sofa is ideal for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, and high-end waiting areas. Its neutral base makes it a versatile choice for designers looking to anchor a space with a classic, yet contemporary seating solution. It pairs well with minimalist coffee tables, textured area rugs, and warm ambient lighting.
