About this asset

A 3ds Max model of a contemporary beige boucle lounge chair and a small black metal side table, featuring a tufted seat design. This set features a low-profile lounge chair upholstered in a textured, beige boucle fabric, accented with deep tufting across the backrest and seat. The chair is supported by short, dark cylindrical legs, providing a stable base. Accompanying the seating is a compact, pedestal-style side table finished in matte black metal. The table has a circular top and a tapered base, creating a balanced silhouette. The set offers a cohesive look, with the soft, organic curves of the chair contrasting against the clean, structural lines of the side table for a refined aesthetic.

The download is a 13.6 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 2 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this set is organised by logical naming conventions and object grouping, allowing for easy placement within a scene. The materials are pre-assigned, and the textures are mapped to ensure correct scale and orientation upon import. Users can adjust the fabric tiling or the metal finish reflectivity to suit their specific lighting environment. The model is scaled to real-world dimensions, making it suitable for quick drag-and-drop integration into interior visualisations without requiring complex re-scaling or pivot point adjustments.

This furniture set is suited for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, or quiet reading nooks in professional offices. The compact scale of the lounge chair and side table combination makes it an ideal choice for filling dead space or creating a focal point in a corner. Designers often search for these items when specifying contemporary seating arrangements that require both comfort and a small footprint. It pairs well with modern floor lamps, area rugs, and minimalist interior design schemes.
