About this asset

This contemporary 10-seater meeting table set for 3ds Max features a long oval table, matching office chairs, and a linear pendant light. This professional meeting table configuration comprises a large, elongated oval table with a light beige surface supported by a warm-toned walnut wood base. Accompanying the table are ten ergonomic office chairs, each featuring a black mesh backrest and seat with a neutral upholstered finish. Suspended above the table is a linear black metal pendant light fixture with multiple spotlights, designed to provide focused illumination for the workspace. The set is cohesive in its clean, modern aesthetic, balancing natural wood warmth with sleek industrial metal and functional office seating.

The download is a 51.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model holding 12 separate objects, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

When using this set in 3ds Max, ensure the pivot points for the chairs and pendant light are correctly aligned for easy placement within your floor plan. The model is organised into logical layers, allowing you to toggle the lighting or seating independently. Apply your preferred render-ready materials to the table surface and chair upholstery to match your project's palette. Use standard align tools to position the pendant light centrally over the table and adjust the light intensity to suit your scene's exposure.

Ideal for corporate boardrooms, modern office meeting rooms, and collaborative workspaces, this set provides a complete solution for professional interiors. It works well in high-end commercial design proposals, particularly when paired with minimalist office partitions or acoustic wall panelling. Architects and visualisers often search for this type of boardroom furniture when developing realistic office interior renders, especially for pitches requiring a polished, contemporary look. The neutral colour scheme ensures versatility across various office branding requirements and interior design styles.
