About this asset

This contemporary SketchUp lounge chair set features two low-profile, soft-fabric armchairs in beige and cream for casual interiors. These two casual lounge chairs feature a relaxed, low-slung profile with a soft, upholstered aesthetic. The form is defined by generous, plump cushioning that suggests comfort and ease, with a slightly reclined backrest and a deep seat. The fabric upholstery appears smooth yet supple, creating natural folds that emphasize the relaxed nature of the design. Each chair sits low to the ground, making them ideal for informal lounge environments. The set includes one chair in a warm beige and another in a clean cream tone, providing a balanced, neutral colour palette suitable for varied interior schemes.

The download is a 34.7 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are provided as distinct components, allowing for easy placement and orientation within a scene. Users should ensure the axes are correctly aligned to the floor plane upon insertion. The fabric textures are mapped to accommodate standard scaling, though users may need to adjust the texture projection or tiling if modifying the model scale. These chairs are well-suited for populating lounge areas, reading nooks, or hotel lobbies, and can be easily grouped with other accessories like side tables or rugs.

These lounge chairs are suited for residential living rooms, boutique hotel lobbies, and contemporary cafe seating areas. They pair well with low coffee tables, textured area rugs, and minimalist floor lamps to create a cohesive, inviting space. Designers often specify this style of soft seating when aiming for a relaxed, approachable atmosphere in modern interiors.
