About this asset

This contemporary 3ds Max modular bench features two low-profile square seats in contrasting beige fabric and brown leather upholstery. This modular bench system consists of two distinct square units designed to be positioned together. One unit is finished in a textured, light beige fabric, while the adjacent unit is upholstered in a smooth, dark brown leather. Both modules share a unified, low-profile silhouette with clean, squared-off edges that emphasize a modern aesthetic. The seats are supported by a slim, dark-toned base that provides a subtle floating effect. The design is simple, functional, and versatile, suitable for various interior arrangements where flexible, low-level seating is required to complement contemporary furniture layouts.

The download is a 9 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) model, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

In 3ds Max, this model is managed as a set of modular objects, allowing for easy placement and alignment within a scene. Users can adjust the individual units independently or group them to create a larger seating arrangement. Materials are applied to separate geometry IDs, enabling straightforward texture mapping or material swapping to match specific project colour palettes. The model is scaled for standard architectural interior dimensions, ensuring it sits correctly on floor planes without requiring significant adjustment.

This modular bench is an ideal choice for modern living rooms, contemporary walk-in wardrobes, or professional office reception areas where flexible seating is needed. It functions effectively as a standalone piece or as part of a larger lounge grouping. Interior designers often specify this type of furniture for high-end residential projects or executive suites.
