Japanese Waterfall Garden with Bonsai Tree and Rocks

This Japanese waterfall garden 3ds Max model features a tiered rockery, a central pond with a small wooden boat, and detailed bonsai flora. Comprising a meticulously arranged rockery, this scene centres on a multi-tiered waterfall cascading into a dark-toned pond. The composition is balanced by a mature, shaped bonsai tree on the left and a stone lantern positioned near lush, broad-leafed foliage on the right. A small, traditional wooden boat floats within the pond, providing a focal point. The rock formations feature realistic, weathered textures, while the vegetation includes varied shrubs and ground cover. The entire ensemble is contained within a defined, modern basin, making it a self-contained, high-fidelity landscape element suitable for exterior visualisations.

The download is a 25.1 MB compressed archive containing the native 3ds Max (.max) scene, set up with Corona materials. Open it in 3ds Max with Corona installed; for other programs, export to FBX or OBJ from 3ds Max first.

Professionals can integrate this scene by merging the file directly into a 3ds Max project. Because the elements are pre-assembled, users should check the pivot point and scale against their site plan immediately upon insertion. The water and rock materials are pre-configured, though adjustments to the opacity or refraction of the water surface may be required to match specific scene lighting. Ensure all foliage assets are correctly linked to their respective texture paths to maintain the intended visual quality during rendering.
