About this asset

This traditional dark wood altar set, modelled in SketchUp, features an intricate carved screen, ceremonial table, and floor accessories. This ornate altar set is defined by its deep, rich wood tones and elaborate relief carvings. The centerpiece is a high-backed altar table featuring detailed floral and animal motifs on its apron and legs. It sits before a wide, multi-panel wooden screen that includes integrated vertical plaques and a central decorative arch. The set is completed by two potted bonsai trees, a low floor table, and two floor cushions placed upon a patterned rug. Every element is finished in a consistent, dark wood stain, providing a cohesive and reverent aesthetic for interior spaces.

The download is a 181 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

Within SketchUp, this model is organised into distinct groups for the screen, table, and accessories, allowing for easy placement and rotation. Users can adjust the overall scale to fit specific room dimensions or swap out the included decorative elements. Applying high-resolution wood textures with appropriate bump maps will enhance the visibility of the intricate carvings during rendering. The assets are provided as a single model, making it straightforward to import into a project and position against a wall as a focal point.
