Bohemian Patterned Rectangular and Round Jute Rug Set

This bohemian-style rug set for SketchUp features a patterned rectangular floor covering and a round braided jute-style accent rug. This collection includes two distinct floor accessories designed for casual interior schemes. The primary piece is a large rectangular rug featuring a repeating chevron and geometric border motif in shades of grey, white, and muted green, finished with short white tassels along the width. Accompanying this is a smaller, circular rug constructed with a natural, braided rope or jute-style texture. The circular piece features a dense, concentric pattern and a frayed, decorative fringe edge. Both models are presented with flat, thin profiles suitable for layering in various interior design compositions.

The download is a 117 MB compressed archive containing the native SketchUp (.skp) model holding 2 separate objects. It opens directly in SketchUp; for 3ds Max, Blender or Cinema 4D, import it through a SketchUp importer or convert it first.

In SketchUp, these models are provided as discrete components, allowing for easy placement and rotation on floor planes. Users should ensure the rug surfaces are slightly offset from the floor geometry to prevent z-fighting during rendering. The textures are mapped to accommodate the geometric patterns and braided details, which can be further adjusted using the native material editor. Scaling should be performed uniformly to maintain the proportions of the weave and the specific border motifs inherent to the original geometry.

These rugs are suitable for residential living rooms, bedrooms, or relaxed hospitality lounge spaces where a bohemian or eclectic aesthetic is desired. They pair well with natural timber flooring, rattan furniture, and neutral wall finishes. Designers searching for textured floor accents, patterned area rugs, or layered boho-style decor will find these assets useful for adding warmth and visual interest to interior visualisations. They are particularly effective for staging casual, lived-in spaces during the concept development and final presentation stages of a project.
